Kundan International School recently organized a Career Counseling Workshop on ‘Career as a Company Secretary,’ in association with The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs). This valuable workshop aimed to guide our students towards a fulfilling and successful career in this growing field. The workshop welcomed esteemed guests, including Mr Sanjeev Singla (Director of Board and Governance, ICSI,) and Mr Sandeep Grover (Education and Training Coordinator, ICSI), who led the discussions on various key aspects of a Company Secretary’s role and responsibilities.
The event was a fantastic opportunity for our students to interact and learn from the experts, who provided valuable insights and real-world examples of this dynamic and challenging profession. They discussed the diverse career options available to aspiring company secretaries, the core competencies required for success, and what the role entails in various industries and businesses.
