Ryla Interact Fest

Our students had the distinct privilege of attending the Interact Fest, hosted by the Rotary Club Chandigarh Uptown, where they engaged in thought-provoking sessions led by distinguished experts. The event commenced with an insightful session on Lifestyle Management by Rtn Dr Manjeet Singh, who emphasized the significance of maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Following this, Dr. Nitya Prakash delivered a motivational talk that inspired students to think ambitiously, stay positive, and pursue success with determination.

In addition, Dr. Inderpreet Kaur, Chandigarh Medical Health Officer, conducted a valuable session on Hygiene and Cleanliness, highlighting the essential role of personal and community hygiene in ensuring a healthier future. The day concluded with a crucial session on Mental Health Awareness, led by Rtn Dr Rita Kalra, District Governor (2026-27), where students learned effective strategies to prioritize and manage their mental well-being.

A proud moment for Kundan International School was the recognition of Ram Akashaya (XI Humanities) for asking the Best Question during Dr. Nitya Prakash’s session, showcasing her active engagement and curiosity. The RYLA Interact Fest was an enriching experience, fostering leadership, personal growth, and a commitment to making a positive impact.
